All shipping will be handled via door to door courier. Please allow 1 - 3 business days for your order to be processed before being shipped. Once shipped, orders will be received within 1 - 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number.

International orders are shipped door to door via Fedex, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow 1 - 3 business days for your order to be processed. Once shipped you should receive your order within 5 - 10 business days. Please consider possible customs delays due to Covid-19 and other world events. The buyer is responsible for any customs charges that my occur.

Due to hygienic reasons, I cannot offer returns on earrings, please consider this before making your purchase.

Every effort is taken to package your purchase with care, should your item arrive damaged or faulty please get in touch within one week of receiving your order to discuss a replacement.
As with any delicate clay/ceramics, breakages can occur. Refund requests on broken/faulty goods will be considered within one month of purchase and will be subject to a damage assessment.
For the same reasons as above, earrings cannot be exchanged. Products (excluding earrings) can be exchanged within one month of purchase should they be returned in the original condition. Customers are responsible for courier costs on exchanges/returns. Exchanges and returns cannot be offered for custom orders.
We are happy to offer repairs free of charge within one month of purchase. Thereafter, repairs will be assessed and charged for accordingly. The customer will be responsible for courier costs on repairs. Please note that repairs cannot be offered on necklace chains or non jewellery items.
You treasures are fragile, please treat them as such. Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight, water & other objects.
